Group training is a great way to help motivate yourself and others to dig deeper and push harder in gym classes.

Nothing's more empowering than getting stuck into a workout with an encouraging coach and supportive group of training partners to help push you on.

Whether you're interested in learning a new combat sport like Muay Thai or Boxing, or you just want to improve your overall fitness and wellbeing, our group fitness classes are a great way to get active with a group of like-minded people.

Training Age Groups:

  • LITTLE WARRIORS - Primary school kids in Year 1/2/3
  • JUNIORS - Primary school kids in Year 4/5/6
  • YOUTHS - Secondary school kids in Year 7-11
  • All other classes are suitable for adults aged 16+ (including sixth form & uni students)
