There's no doubt about it - boxing is a great way to stay in shape, develop speed, strength, agility and coordination. It's also a fantastic cardiovascular workout! The type of cardio you’ll experience in one of our boxing training sessions will vary.
In each one hour session, you’ll do some steady, moderate intensity work as you move around practicing technique drills on the pads. You'll also do some super high-intensity intervals to really get the heart racing as you let loose on the bags or focus pads. There'll also be some extra muscle-sculpting bodyweight exercises and core work thrown in during or between rounds to ensure maximum body conditioning.
