WARRIOR FLOW

Sweat & sculpt your way through a flowing series of Yoga postures & Pilates movements that are linked dynamically to your breathing, generating heat and burning energy (and calories!). Suitable for both men & women of all levels of fitness, this low-impact class is great for increasing strength & flexibility.

HIIT meets Muay Thai

HIITHAI

Build stamina, improve coordination, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and high-energy workout, that challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. This HIIT (high intensity interval training) class combines Muay Thai techniques with fast-paced cardio and bodysculpting bodyweight exercises.
