1Is this like a Boxercise class?
Yes however our coaches have years of experience and will teach you correct technique to minimise injury as well as the high intensity focus.
2Do I need my own boxing gloves?
You're more than welcome to borrow from our spares box if you do not have your own. If you're planning on coming regularly we would recommend purchasing some of your own, we have some available to buy at the gym. Alternatively our coaches would also be happy to give any advice or reccomendations.
3What should I wear?
We recommend shorts / leggings and a t-shirt - but any comfortable gym clothing will do.
4I'm not very fit. Will I manage?
One aim of this type of class is to improve/maintain your fitness. Due to this they are suitable for all levels of fitness and you are encouraged to go at your own pace if needed.
5Are the classes beginner friendly?
Yes - you may benefit from previous Muay Thai experience but it is not needed to get the most out of these classes.
