A 45-minute workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases strength & muscle tone and maximises calorie burn. This body-sculpting fitness class uses a variety of functional equipment and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups, providing the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.
Composed of HIIT training (High Intensity Interval Training) including Tabata, Plyometrics, Cardio Kickboxing and body conditioning exercises, Warrior FitCamp is a high-energy class that blends martial arts and fitness for a circuit training workout that’s totally addictive!
