What is WarriorFit?

A high intensity 45-minute workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases strength & muscle tone and maximises calorie burn. This body-sculpting fitness class uses a variety of functional equipment and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups, providing the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.

Composed of HIIT training (High Intensity Interval Training) including Tabata, Plyometrics, Boxing, Kickboxing and body conditioning exercises, Warrior FitCamp is a high-energy class that blends speed, power and strength training for a workout that’s totally addictive!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1Do I need to bring any equipment?
You don't need to bring any equipment of your own. At the gym we have a range of equipment available for you to use in these classes and in open gym sessions.
2What should I wear?
We recommend shorts / leggings and a t-shirt - but any comfortable gym clothing will do. As the mats need to be kept clean bringing footwear for indoor use only may also be helpful.
3I'm not very fit. Will I manage?
These classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and you should go at your own pace if needed. Classes are intended to improve your fitness over time.
4Are the classes beginner friendly?
Yes - beginners are more than welcome to come along and give this class a try. We try to make all fitness classes suitable for everyone who is attending and a smaller class capacity makes this possible.
5What is the class capacity?
Our fitness classes usually have a capacity of 12. We like to focus on small groups as this means we are able to personalise the classes to who is attending.
