What is Warrior Flow Yoga?

If you're looking for a class that provides all the zen benefits of yoga, but with the burn of bootcamp - Warrior Flow is the class for you!

Combining the muscle-sculpting, core training benefits of Pilates with the strengthening, stretching and flexibility elements of Yoga, Warrior Flow is a low impact workout that's adaptable to all ages and fitness levels.

Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves & poses provides a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1Do I need to bring any equipment?
No equipment is needed as it is all provided by us. However we encourage you to bring your own mat if you have one.
2What should I wear?
Anything you can move freely in. We'd suggest leggings / shorts and a vest or fitted t-shirt (long or short sleeves). It's best to wear tight fitting clothes rather than loose / baggy clothing to help our instructors see your body alignment during the movements.
3I'm not very flexible. Will I manage the moves?
This class is suitable for all levels of fitness and ability. You're encouraged to go at your own pace and there's often alternative options given for more challenging poses.
4Are the classes beginner friendly?
Yes - you're welcome to come along to this class if you're a beginner, the class is mixed ability. Many of the more challenging poses offer an alternative for you to try if needed.
5Does the class involve any meditation?
There is always a cool down period at the end of every class where mediation can be involved. However in general the class varies from slower pace to a fast pace at the preference of both the instructor and attendees. You are always encouraged to go at your own pace.
