Strength and Conditioning is about more than lifting weights - it encompasses the entire development to improve physical performance. This includes plyometrics, speed and agility, endurance and core stability work, with physical strength training being just one element of an effective S&C workout.

What is Warrior Strength?

Warrior Strength sessions aren’t about posting pictures of yourself doing a bench press, or blasting out bicep curls to carve vanity muscles - they're about preparing your body for everyday strains and challenges and getting you in the best shape of your life - physically, mentally and aesthetically.

Our high energy, sweat filled workouts merge science backed programming, expert coaching, and high performance cross training with effective high intensity training to help you reach your optimal level of fitness. Each 45 minute class includes either an AMRAP (as many reps as possible) or METCON (metabolic conditioning) style workout, focusing on building specific areas of strength.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1Are these classes beginner friendly?
Yes - beginners are more than welcome to come along and give this class a try. We try to make all fitness classes suitable for everyone who is attending.
2What should I wear?
We recommend shorts/leggings and a t-shirt - but any comfortable gym clothing will do. As the mats need to be kept clean bringing footwear for indoor use only may also be helpful.
3I'm not very fit. Will I manage?
These classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and you should go at your own pace if needed. The classes help improve your fitness over time.
4What is the class capacity?
Our fitness classes usually have a capacity of 12. We like to focus on small groups as it benefits attendees greatly and allows for a more personalised approach.
