Our beginner friendly youth Muay Thai classes are for kids who are new to the sport and are looking to learn and develop the foundations of Thai Boxing. Classes introduce the stance, footwork, and 4 weapons of Muay Thai including the punch, kick, knee, elbow.
Our Muay Thai classes are 45 minutes long, with the first 10-15 minutes preparing the body for Muay Thai through a series of cardio, conditioning and mobility exercises. The remainder of the session is dedicated to learning and practicing the fundamental techniques of Muay Thai, through shadow boxing, pad-work, and partner drills.
