Our beginner friendly Ladies Only Muay Thai classes are for women who are looking to get in the best possible shape, while learning and develop fundamental Thai Boxing techniques. Classes introduce the stance, footwork, and 4 weapons of Muay Thai including the punch, kick, knee, elbow.
Our Ladies Only Muay Thai classes are 1 hour long, with the first 15-20 minutes preparing the body for Muay Thai through a series of cardio, conditioning and mobility exercises. The remainder of the session is dedicated to learning and practicing the fundamental techniques of Muay Thai, through shadow boxing, pad-work, bag work and partner drills.
