Personal training doesn't have to mean solo training...

PT sessions can be devised for individuals or for 2 people training together, making it a cheaper way of getting the benefits of hiring a Personal Trainer. If you and your friend, partner or family member have similar goals and want to make your personal training experience a little more of a social experience - why not share the cost and book a 2:1 Personal Training session!
